Estate Services
Anyone over 18 years of age, who is of sound mind, should have a will.
Do you have one and is it relevant to your current situation?
A change in circumstances such as marriage, birth of children, divorce or death of a close relative may mean that your current will is no longer valid.
Our service to you not only provides for the preparation of Wills but also a review of your Will to see that it reflects exactly how you would like your estate finalised.
We also negotiate dispute resolution when there is contention about the validity or interpretation of a Will or how an estate is to be divided.
The State Government has made provision for people to make arrangements for their property and health during times when they may be unable to make their own decisions. This is done by making an Enduring Power of Attorney - so called because it endures beyond any incapacity of mind or body that may be suffered. With an Enduring Power of Attorney you can name one or more persons to act on your behalf in financial and/or health matters should you become incapacitated.
Our services in this area also include administration of deceased estates ensuing that all requirements are met to enable a swift distribution of funds.
We also offer our clients the choice to leave their Wills and Power of Attorneys in our Safe Custody free of charge.
