Ian Diehm

Ian Christopher Diehm (OAM BA LL.B) successfully practised as a barrister from 1976 - 1988 specialising in the areas of Revenue Law (Tax and Customs), personal injury claims and Insurance Law. He was retained regularly by the Crown as a barrister. Ian joined Stephens & Tozer in 1989 and became a partner in 1997. He is known for his tireless efforts for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

Ian has extensive and specialised knowledge in the area of Personal Injury Claims and successfully handles a large number of commercial litigation cases.
