Ross Kennedy McTaggart has been practising as a solicitor since 1971 and became a partner in 1974. 

Ross principally controls our Commercial and Estate practice and has developed interests in Insurance Law and Investment Advice. He is supported by a team of professional legal and administrative staff in these areas whilst always maintaining close personal contact with clients. 

Throughout his many years of practice, Ross has acquired the skills necessary to advise effectively on estate planning, administration of estates, co-ordination of property sub-division, development, leasing, acquisition or sale. 

Ross's practical knowledge of the pitfalls which can frustrate and financially damage the investor home buyer, developer, individual and families, allows him to guide his clients, who in the past have included companies, businesses, trustees and individuals to the best advantage. 

Community interests have also benefited through Ross's skill and involvement on the Council of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the committee of the Brisbane Golf Club. 

Ross is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has many years experience in managing estates and practises in Probate Law and Estate Litigation.
