Catherine Bloor Solicitor

Catherine Bloor is the youngest Solicitor at Stephens & Tozer, bringing a fresh and energetic approach to the law. Catherine graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Relations majoring in international diplomacy in early 2015. She joined the team the same year.

She specialises in migration law, and also practices in other areas including commercial law, wills and estates and litigation.

Catherine has experience in all aspects of migration matters, whether contested or uncontested. Her experience includes onshore and offshore visa applications, Administrative Appeals Tribunal applications, Federal Circuit Court applications, ministerial intervention requests, visa refusals and cancellations, citizenship, skills assessments, domestic violence issues in partner visa applications, schedule 3 criteria concerning unlawful non-citizens, and schedule 4 public interest criteria including character, health and fraudulent and false information matters.

Having moved to Australia from England, Catherine understands the stresses associated with the migration process. She is an attentive and friendly member of the team and is only more than happy to assist clients with their enquiries.

When she’s not in the office, Catherine likes to keep active whether it’s hiking, bike riding or kayaking. She also enjoys spending downtime away from the city at her family home in the Gold Coast hinterland when she has the opportunity.
